Event Highlights: 40-Minute Signature Barre Class: Led by guest instructor Christy Cousino, this invigorating session blends strength, graceful movement, and core work designed to leave you feeling powerful, lengthened, and energized. Nourishing Healthy Bites & Drinks: Fuel your body after class with delicious, curated wellness bites and refreshing beverages crafted to support your vitality. Wellness from the Inside Out: Gain empowering insights during a 20-minute nutrition session focused on holistic health—learning how true radiance, energy, and wellness begin from within. Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policies We value your time and the availability of spots for our community. If you need to cancel a scheduled class, please do so at least 8 hours before the session begins. Late Cancel & No-Show Fees: To maintain accountability and ensure every member has a chance to train, the following fees apply to contract members: Late Cancel (within 8 hours of class): $8 fee No-Show (failure to cancel or attend): $25 fee Waitlist Management & Accountability Our waitlist system operates on an automated basis. If a spot becomes available and you are promoted into the session, you will receive an automated notification via [email/text/app]. Once notified, you have a 3-hour window to confirm your attendance. Please proactively manage your waitlist positions; if your availability changes and you can no longer attend, we ask that you remove yourself from the list immediately. If you are moved into a live class and do not attend or fail to cancel within our standard 8-hour window, the applicable Late Cancel ($8) or No-Show ($25) fee will result.
